What documents are required to be translated for a visa? It depends on the type of visa you are going to apply to and the country issuing the visa. Usually it’s a set of few civil documents.

A complete set of documents for visa is always listed on the embassies websites. We also recommend check with the embassy the requirements for certification of translation.

Translation of these documents might be required for applying for visa:

• Passport;
• Account statement;
• Marriage certificate;
• Certificate of employment;
• Certificate of enrollment;
• Birth certificate and child travel consent, etc.

In some cases these documents must also be translated: certificate of no criminal record, diploma or school certificate, work record book.

For the minor child going abroad without parents the child travel consent is required.
