The certification of the passport translation does not require the original document, just scanned or printed copy or photo of good quality. If you can’t come to our office personally you can email us the copy or a photo of the document or send it via WhatsApp.

When ordering a notarized translation of 3 passports, you get a discount of 100 rubles for each document, 5 passports - 200 rubles for each document, 10 passports and more - 250 rubles for each document.

Translation of EU countries passports into Russian

Almost all records are duplicated in English in the passports of the EU countries, so they are usually translated from English into Russian.

Translation of passports of other countries

The records in passports of most countries are duplicated in English, so they are usually translated from English into Russian. But of course there is specificity in each country that the translator must know. We have templates for translating passports from many countries around the world, so we can quickly and accurately perform a notarized translation of a foreign passport into Russian.

If a passport contains records in another language that we don’t have in our templates, then the Price of translation is calculated at our standard rates (that you can check in section Prices for written translation (ссылка на раздел Цены на письменный перевод/ Prices for written translation) with adding the price of notarial certification.

Translation of passport of foreign citizen into foreign language

The notarized translation from one foreign language into another in Russia can only be carried out in transit through translation into Russian. The foreign passport is translated first into Russian and then from Russian into another foreign language. In this case the Notary Public certifies the translation twice.
